1. Information we collect

Information you provide directly. When you submit the book-a-call form or the calculator's "send me the breakdown" form, we collect what you fill in:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (book form only)
• The state(s) where you're licensed
• Years of real estate experience (book form only)
• Your current brokerage (optional)
• Best times to reach you (optional)
• Any notes you choose to share
• Calculator inputs (closings, sale prices, splits, fees, expenses) and outputs (your projected net at Waypoint vs. your current setup)

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site:

• Standard server logs from our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, pages requested, referring URL, timestamp)
• A small piece of session-only browser storage that remembers which Waypoint Noven agent invited you, if you arrived via a personal referral link like joinwaypointnoven.com/r/agent-name

We do not use third-party advertising trackers or social-media pixels.

2. How we use your information

• Respond to your request for a confidential call or income breakdown
• Send you the branded breakdown email you requested from the calculator
• Attribute leads to the Waypoint Noven agent who referred you, when applicable
• Maintain and secure the Site
• Comply with legal obligations

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with:

• Waypoint Noven, LLC employees, principals, and contractors who need access to do their jobs (for example, the broker who responds to your call, or a transaction coordinator)
• Service providers we use to run the Site (hosting, email delivery, database)
• Government authorities or other parties when legally required

We never share your information with your current brokerage or any other agent's brokerage.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as is reasonable to operate our recruiting process and respond to your inquiry, and longer if required by law. If you'd like us to delete your information, contact us at the email below.

5. Your choices and rights

• Access. You can ask what information we have about you.
• Correction. You can ask us to correct anything that's inaccurate.
• Deletion. You can ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain it.
• Opt out. If we've contacted you and you'd rather we not, reply to any of our emails or contact us directly.

6. Cookies and browser storage

We use a small amount of session-only browser storage (sessionStorage) to remember which Waypoint Noven agent referred you during a single visit. This data is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use persistent tracking cookies for advertising.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us right away.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for licensed real estate professionals and other adults considering a career in real estate. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
