1. Information we collect

Information you provide directly. When you submit the contact form ("Talk With a Broker"), we collect what you fill in:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• The state where you are licensed or located
• License status
• Years of real estate experience
• Your current brokerage (optional)
• Approximate annual production (optional)
• Preferred contact method and preferred day and time (optional)
• Anything you choose to tell us in the message field

The comparison calculator runs in your browser. The numbers you enter into the calculator are used to display an estimate on your own device. They are not submitted to us unless you separately contact us and choose to share them.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site:

• Standard server logs from our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, pages requested, referring URL, timestamp)
• A small piece of session-only browser storage that remembers which Waypoint Noven Realtor invited you, if you arrived via a personal referral link like joinwaypointnoven.com/r/realtor-name
• A random, session-only identifier and limited first-party events such as pages viewed, calls-to-action selected, calculator engagement, and whether a form was started, abandoned, or submitted
• The referring website's hostname and campaign labels included in the link, when available

Our first-party measurement does not record abandoned form contents or the numbers entered into the calculator. We do not use session replay, keystroke recording, third-party advertising trackers, or social-media pixels.

2. How we use your information

• Respond to your request for a conversation with a broker
• Attribute leads to the Waypoint Noven Realtor who referred you, when applicable
• Maintain and secure the Site
• Understand how visitors use the recruiting Site and improve its clarity and ease of use
• Comply with legal obligations

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with:

• The Waypoint Noven broker responsible for supervision in your state, who responds to your inquiry, and the company staff supporting that conversation
• Service providers we use to run the Site (hosting, email delivery, database)
• Government authorities or other parties when legally required

We do not share your information with your current brokerage or any other Realtor's brokerage.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as is reasonable to operate our recruiting process and respond to your inquiry, and longer if required by law. If you'd like us to delete your information, contact us at the email below.

5. Your choices and rights

• Access. You can ask what information we have about you.
• Correction. You can ask us to correct anything that's inaccurate.
• Deletion. You can ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain it.
• Opt out. If we've contacted you and you'd rather we not, reply to any of our emails or contact us directly.

6. Cookies and browser storage

We use a small amount of session-only browser storage (sessionStorage) to remember which Waypoint Noven Realtor referred you during a single visit. This data is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use persistent tracking cookies for advertising.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us right away.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for licensed real estate professionals and other adults considering a career in real estate. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
